The staff's enthusiasm as hospitality students really stood out to me with my family. They were eager to assist, and it. The breakfast was tasty, and the tram across the street made getting around the city easy.
In my wife's opinion, the hangers weren't very practical for trousers.

The friendly and helpful staff. The spacious room was clean and quiet, although adding a mini fridge would enhance the experience. The tram stop conveniently across the street provided easy access to the city, but it's somewhat remote, requiring a bit of travel. I particularly enjoyed the gluten-free breakfast options as a celiac.
